1. Tickets to the Animal Park, Pirate Pete’s Mini-golf and All Day Pass are strictly VALID FOR 6 MONTHS from the time of purchase
  2. Tickets to event and festivals are only VALID FOR THE DAY OF THE EVENT OR FESTIVAL and cannot be used to enter Maru attractions on any other day
  3. Tickets are non-refundable and can only be presented and used once, even if only some of the members in the party purchased for are present at the time of admission
  4. A copy of the purchase order must be presented in print or shown on a mobile device to gain entry on the day and will only be accepted once.
  5. Maru Koala and Animal Park reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone and request any person to leave the premises without refund to enforce the safety of other patrons and staff as necessary.
  6. Appropriate attire including shoes/thongs of some form and a shirt must be worn on the property to gain access to any attractions.
  7. Adults are anyone aged 15 years and over, children are anyone aged 4-14years inclusive and the only discount offered is for holders of Australian Senior Citizen cards which must be presented at the time of entry. Children under 4 years of age receive free entry with any paying adult.
  8. Only visitors aged 15 years and over are allowed to enter the Maru property unaccompanied. Younger visitors must be accompanied by a paying adult. Those aged 12 years and over must at least have an adult on site but not necessarily entering the attractions, they may reside in the bistro or alfresco area whilst 12-15 year olds partake in the attractions available.
  9. Carer and companion cards are accepted and will grant the holder free admission when accompanied by a paying visitor.
  10. Maru reserves the right to amend or alter the individual displayed animals, animal encounters and attractions available on the day and visitors should check the Maru website or phone to confirm the availability of set attractions or shows and talks on the intended day of their visit.
  11. Admission to the animal park does not include admission to individual animal encounters which must be purchased separately. It does include access to wander through the open range kangaroo and wallaby area and hand feed the animals. Animal food for hand feeding can be purchased on the day and is not included in the admission price but the funds raised from the purchase of animal food are used to directly support the costs of running a Wildlife Hospital and Shelter for sick, injured and orphaned wild animals.
