Getting to Maru
Maru Koala & Animal Park is located on the Bass Highway in Grantville in southern Victoria, only fifteen minutes from Phillip Island.

Getting to Maru by Car
- Maru is approximately a one and a half hour drive from Melbourne.
- Take the M1 from Melbourne City towards Pakenham.
- Exit the M1 onto C422 exit towards Koo Wee Rup.
- Follow through Koo Wee Rup and turn left onto the M420 Bass Hwy towards Philip Island.
- Follow the Bass Hwy to Grantville.
To Maru by Public Transport
Trains are unable to take you directly to the park, however the ‘Queensferry’ Bus Stop is directly outside the entrance of Maru.

Tour Groups
Want to sit back in comfort and relax? You can join one of the many day tours that visit Maru with many also go on to visit the local Penguins at Phillip Island on the same day.
